How to Install MIUI 10 Global Beta ROM on Xiaomi Devices –

1. Enable ‘USB debugging’ option from setting>developer option>. To enable Developer Options, go to About phone and tap the Build Number 7 times.
2. Download ADB and fastboot driver for windows or ADB and Fastboot for Mac and install it on your PC.
3. Download the MIUI 10 ROM from above and save it on your device and save the TWRP (rename the recovery to twrp.img) in ADB folder.
4. Now Connect your phone to Laptop/PC
5. On ADB folder press shift+right click and click on open command here.
6. Now check your connection by typing the below command

   adb devices
   *if your device is listed, you’re ready to flash the ROM

7. Switch off the phone and boot into bootloader mode by pressing Power and Volume down keys or by passing below command

   adb reboot bootloader

8. Boot TWRP on your device with the following command:

   fastboot boot twrp.img

9.  Once you have booted into TWRP, perform a Factory Reset by Goto Wipe>Advanced Wipe>Select Wipe cache, Dalvik cache, System, and data and swipe to confirm it.
10. Now, Go to Install and locate the ROM zip file & swipe to Install the ROM file.
11. Now wipe cache & Dalvik cache again and Reboot your device.
12. Done!
